Tandom Services offers yearly or on request inspections where a qualified inspector will perform a full comprehensive roof inspecton. Each roof is cored, photographed and a report is generated to note all deficiencies and is identified on a corresponding roof plan. Tandom Services also has the capability of providing Auto CAD drawings and details as a convenience to our customer.

Digital photos and thermal imaging can be used to detect moisture and possible deck corrosion. This type of noninvasive/nondestructive inspection can be used to determine repair or replacement options as well as possible future lead areas.

Our trained and certified commercial roofing technicians can analyze core compositions, determine inadequate or adequate drainage, evaluate flashing heights and test for the existence of roof materials containing asbestos. Whether it is for future budgeting, annual inspection, roof replacement costs or repairs, Tandom Services can provide any roof analysis our customer wants.
